Store development

Retailers on the Londis Partner scheme receive a free fascia and window graphics if minimum standards are met. Retailers who join us on our Brand Essentials scheme will receive branding investment to suit their store.

For retailers looking to develop their site further, we will discuss your budget with you at the outset to understand what can be achieved. We also carry out a full business appraisal with you to ensure we understand the key opportunities and requirements of your location. At every stage, your thoughts and ideas are listened to and incorporated into the development plan.

How we make things easy:

  • You will have an in-house Retail Development Manager who will come up with a plan and cost for the project and then execute full project management of the refit
  • We will source three potential shop-fitters to work with and then negotiate the best cost without compromising on quality
  • Your Retail Development Manager and Retail Sales Manager will help you to choose the store layout that will maximise the return on your investment
  • We develop your store with best in class store design and energy saving equipment
  • We continually review our pricing for key items (such as refrigeration) to make sure it is truly competitive. Whilst no two stores are the same, we do base our layouts on three key formats; essentials, central and neighbourhood. The Londis brand works well either as a standalone store or in combination with other modules like a post office, pharmacy, forecourt or cafe.
